We develop, finance with direct equity investment, build and operate comprehensive multi-energy service stations — offering Petrol, Diesel, CNG, LPG and high-power EV charging — across Europe and emerging markets.

We conduct all business activities in full compliance with Dutch law, EU regulations — including the Alternative Fuels Infrastructure Regulation (AFIR), RED III, EU Taxonomy Regulation, CSRD, CSDDD, and relevant transport and environmental directives — international sanctions regimes (EU and OFAC), and anti-bribery standards including the UK Bribery Act and OECD Guidelines.
All our projects and operations undergo rigorous human rights due diligence, environmental assessments, and anti-corruption reviews in line with the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) where applicable.
We maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward bribery, corruption, fraud and unethical business conduct. Our anti-bribery and corruption controls are aligned with the UK Bribery Act, the OECD Anti-Bribery Guidelines and Dutch law requirements.
Internal compliance procedures and regular reviews are implemented across all operational subsidiaries and partner relationships to ensure alignment with international anti-corruption standards and responsible procurement practices.
We maintain full compliance with Dutch anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing legislation (Wwft) and the EU Anti-Money Laundering Directives. All business relationships and transactions are subject to appropriate due diligence in line with these requirements.
We comply with all applicable international sanctions regimes, including those administered by the EU, OFAC and the United Nations. We do not engage in business activities with sanctioned persons, entities or jurisdictions.
